What steps are you taking to prevent the spread of Covid-19?
We are following the CDC recommendations. Our teams are wearing masks and disposables gloves while cleaning ( shoe covers are available previous request) We are also practicing social distance at all times. Our cleaning tools are disinfected after each house. Our Rags and mop heads are washed and disinfected daily in our laundry facility.
Are you pet friendly?
Absolutely, we love our furry clients! We are 100% pet friendly, we would like to get some information about your pets previous our arrival.
What should I do before my first cleaning service?
In order for our housekeepers to be able to clean efficiently we would suggest to pick up items from the floors like clothing, toys or any other items. We want our team to maximize their cleaning time.
How do I pay for my cleaning services?
Do I need to provide the supplies and tools for the cleaning?
No, We provide everything. But if you prefer to use your house cleaning products is ok, we are very flexible!
Do I need to be present while the cleaning is done?
It is not necessary to be present at all times, but the first visit is very important, we prefer you to be present so you can communicate any special request.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, at least 48 business hours’ notice (excluding weekends) is required. We must adhere strictly to this policy in order to prevent lost wages for our cleaners. If prior notification is not given, you will be charged $50 for the missed appointment.
