Our cleaning services includes the following:

  • Kitchen:
    • Stove / Hood – wipe outside
    • Microwave – wipe in/out
    • Refrigerator – wipe in/out
    • Dishwasher – wipe outside – put dishes away
    • Sink, counter tops, tables (clean, sanitize)
    • Glass, chrome (clean, sanitize)
    • Cabinets– wipe outside and check inside, remove clutter and organize.
    • Drawers– wipe outside and check inside, remove clutter and organize.
    • Floor (sweep, mop, sanitize)
    • Dust surfaces
  • Living Rooms, Family Rooms, Bedrooms:
    • Dust surfaces
    • Vacuum carpets
    • Floor (Vacuum, sweep and mop)
    • Other: Vents, ceiling fans, baseboards, blinds (Progressively)
  • Bathrooms:
    • Sinks, countertops, toilet, shower, tub (clean, sanitize)
    • Glass, mirror, chrome (clean, sanitize)
    • Cabinets– wipe outside and check inside, remove clutter and organize.
    • Drawers– wipe outside and check inside, remove clutter and organize.
    • Dust surfaces.
    • Cabinets– wipe outside (clean, sanitize)
    • Floor (sweep, mop)
  • Patio- Outdoor areas:
    • Sweep
    • Clean and organize outdoor furniture
    • Organize outdoor games
    • Make the entrance areas look nice for the next guest.
    • Place trash bins out of designated dates, bring them back if necessary.
  • Our Service Includes and requires the following:
    • Proper Set up after each cleaning
    • Automatic reservations ( calendar syncing )
    • Inventory control
    • Laundry service offsite
    • 3 set of linen (Recommended)
    • Storage unit assigned to the cleaners ( Recommended )
    • Cleaning supervisions
    • Usage of HomeOwners software for quality checks
    • Pictures after each cleaning ( Per request)

 

We are open 7 days a week and we only take Mother’s day, Christmas Day and New Years day off.
