Residential Cleanings.
Laundry service and dish washing is not normally included. However, we can perform these tasks but are NOT responsible for damage to laundry or dishes that may result from these added services. Performance of these services do not incur a special extra charge, but will add time to the hourly billed service.
Move-out cleanings.
Please remove all items from the home you wish to keep. We will empty all spaces (drawers, cabinets, etc.) of items, trash, etc. If you wish to have any items remain in the house after our cleaning, please place them in a separate location and let us know that you are doing this, otherwise, all removable items will be removed and thrown away during our cleaning service. We will not, however, move or remove furniture.
