Additional services will add to the total time required and increase the amount charged.
- Access to the home must be available. access instructions, code, etc, must be provided or arrangements for someone to be available to open the home must be made prior to booking.
- Outdoor areas (Garage, Patio, Porch) not included but can be added by request.
- Trash Removal Available for an additional fee.
- Furniture must be removed, if you need furniture removal, let us know and we can provide an additional quote.
- Water and Electric must be turned on for the cleaning
- Carpet Shampooing is not included. We can provide a quote to add this upon request.
- All personal items must be removed, anything remaining will be thrown away. If you must leave some items for pickup later, let us consolidate into one location and let us know or all items will be removed.
