Post-construction: This service is a detailed cleaning to get your home back to normal after any renovation project.
Our prices are based on the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms to be clean. If you are interested on starting recurrent services with us we will need to set up a " first time deep cleaning service" before we start the recurrent services. First time deep cleaning prices are not listed

-Vacuum or sweep and mop -Clean outside appliances and polish chrome (Microwave, Refrigerator, range top, dishwasher)

In order for our housekeepers to be able to clean efficiently we would suggest to pick up items from the floors like clothing, toys or any other items. We want our team to maximize their cleaning time.
How do I pay for my cleaning services?
We take cash, checks and credit cards.
Payments are due the day of your scheduled service. Please consider that you will have to add sales taxes to the quoted price ( 8.25%).
Do I need to provide the supplies and tools for the cleaning?
No, We provide everything. But if you prefer to use your house cleaning products is ok, we are very flexible!
It is not necessary to be present at all times, but the first visit is very important, we prefer you to be present so you can communicate any special request.
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, at least 48 business hours' notice (excluding weekends) is required. We must adhere strictly to this policy in order to prevent lost wages for our cleaners. If prior notification is not given, you will be charged $50 for the missed appointment.
How many people will be cleaning my home?
We usually send teams of 2 or 3
